Active Aging Resource Center - April 3, 2025

The menu for the Active Aging Resource Center for the week of March 31 - April 4: 

Monday – goulash, sweet potatoes, carrots, mandarin oranges; 

Tuesday – smoked sausage with sauerkraut, lima beans, pineapple; 

Wednesday – oven fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, mixed vegetables, pears 

Thursday – cheeseburger on bun, french fries, lettuce salad, baked apples; 

Friday — tuna casserole, buttered peas, tomatoes, cornbread, fruit; 

Salad bar every Wednesday 

BINGO every Tuesday, 10:00 a.m. 

Chair yoga every Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. 

Game night every Thursday, 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. 

April 8 - Daviess Co. Library presentation on Wolfner Library, 10:00 a.m. 

April 8 - Medicaid planning/powers of attorney presentation, 6:00 p.m. 

April 16 - Blood pressure/sugar checks by DCHD, 11-12:00 

April 17 - Board meeting, 10:00 a.m. 

We will be hosting Jennifer McKinley of Northwest Missouri Elder Law, LLC. on Tuesday, April 8th for a presentation on Medicaid planning and powers of attorney. Soup and salad dinner provided at 6:00, and the presentation starts at 6:30. Call 660-663-2828, Monday through Friday between 7:00 am and 3:00 p.m. to make your reservation.
