The menu for the Active Aging Resource Center for the week of October 23rd - 27th.

Monday - Philly Steak sandwich with onions & peppers, tater tots, spinach, oranges

Tuesday - Tuna & Noodles, peas, cornbread, carrot gelatin, fruit cocktail

Wednesday- Beef taco salad, refried beans & rice, Mexican corn, tortilla chips, fruit juice, pudding

Thursday - Ham Steak, baked sweet potatoes, cole slaw, peach crisp

Friday - Parmesan Chicken over pasta, lettuce salad, green beans, garlic toast, pears

October 15 - December 7 - Medicare Open Enrollment ­Period

October 19 - Board ­meeting at 10 a.m.

October 24-25 - Center closing at 1 p.m.

October 27- Flu Shots available at the center

We now have chair yoga every Monday at 1 p.m. Everyone is welcome.

It’s time to look at your Medicare health insurance and make sure it’s where you want to be in 2024.

Deanna will be at Pattonsburg Multi-Purpose Center on Wednesday, November 8th from 9-12 and at Jamesport City Hall on Tuesday, November 21st from 9-12 to help.
