Active Aging Resource Center - July 4, 2024

The menu for the Active Aging Resource Center for the week of July 8-12:

Monday – chicken strips, spinach, tri-taters, fresh fruit;

Tuesday – sausage and cheese tortellini, lettuce salad, bread stick, cauliflower, strawberry shortcake;

Wednesday – chicken salad, pickled beets, cole slaw, crackers, mandarin oranges;

Thursday – beef tips and gravy over rice, broccoli, green beans, blushing pears;

Friday – tuna casserole, cornbread, peas, carrots, apples;

July 2 - Blood pressure checks, Comfort Care Hospice, 11-12

July 5 - Closed for Independence Day

July 16 - Board of Directors meeting 10 a.m.

July 17-19 - Center will be closing at 1 p.m.

Bingo every Tuesday, 10 a.m.

Chair yoga every Wednesday, 10 a.m.

Game Night every Thursday from 4-7:00 p.m.
