Active Aging Resource Center - July 18, 2024

The menu for the Active Aging Resource Center for the week of July 15-19:

Monday – Swiss steak over rice, buttered corn, creamed peas, fruit cocktail with gelatin;

Tuesday – chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, fruit mix;

Wednesday – goulash, lettuce salad, bread stick, carrots, hot spiced apples;

Thursday – sausage, biscuit and gravy, breakfast potatoes, fresh fruit, fruit juice;

Friday – meatloaf, baked potato, broccoli and cauliflower, cinnamon pineapple;

July 17-19 - Center will be closing at 1 p.m.

August 6 - Blood pressure/blood sugar checks, 11-12 by Comfort Care Hospice

Bingo every Tuesday, 10 a.m.

Chair yoga every Wednesday, 10 a.m.

Game Night every Thursday from 4-7:00 p.m.
